Do you require anything to complete the job? Water or electricity?
Not to worry! The most important thing is that we have access to the truck and adequate room to work. Our mobile truck is outfitted with a pressure washer, a water tank, a generator, and anything else we require.
Do I have to be there the whole time?
Nope! No, you don't. That is what distinguishes our mobile detailing services.
You may go about your business while we work. You can come when we arrive, leave, and then come back before we finish. You can leave the keys with us so that we can get started and you can arrive later.
You may also skip the event entirely and pay online. We'll figure something out after you contact us.
Do I have to schedule an appointment for a mobile detailing service?
90% of the time, we only accept appointments. We may occasionally be able to get you in the same day or the next day. It just depends on the workload for that week.
What form of payment do you accept?
You can pay by cash or card, whichever you prefer. Most customers pay card which is absolutely fine with us.
We’ll accept payment once we’re done with the job and you’re happy with the results.
That being said, if you need to leave before the job is completed, you’ll pay then. We can also send you an online invoice to pay online.
