It is vitally important that you change your cabin air filter. If you leave the old one in, even after we have completed the full odour elimination procedure, when you switch on your air conditioner, all of the trapped smoking odour in the filter will circulate straight back into the interior.

Can you guarantee the odor will be removed?
It is entirely dependent on the state of the interior and the severity of the smoke odour. Our objective is always to remove as much as possible, and if feasible, to eradicate it entirely. If we complete our whole smoking odour removal process and the odour returns a few days or weeks later, we will do another fragrance treatment at our shop with no additional expense.
What products do you use?
To neutralise, diminish, and eradicate smoke odour, we utilise extremely particular chemicals and equipment. This is not simply cleaning the fabric surfaces with a conventional degreaser or steam cleaner. Each step we take is designed to help us reach our ultimate objective.
Will I smell chemicals in my truck once you’re done?

Can you remove every stain?
Some stains will come off better than others according to the type of the stain and the material it's on. We have great expertise and experience, and we utilise top tools, materials, and machines, but if a stain has been there for a long time, it can only be cleansed so much.
